 How do I find DVDs featuring specific physical traits, or, types of action, or, a specific director?

Use the Search menu in the upper right corner on any store page to search the entire catalog. You can type any keyword such as movie title, director, models name or action.

 

Why am I getting asked for a password just to shop?

You do not need to register with TitanMen in order to purchase products from our store.

Your TitanMen.com store password is provided as a convenience, to allow you to check out faster on return visits. It can also be used for tracking your order.

Your store password does not provide access to the TitanMen.com member area throughout the site. If you want access to the TitanMen.com member area please use the links below.

Do you carry VHS?

We have stopped producing VHS tapes and no longer offer them for sale. Our DVDs have no regional coding and may be played on any modern DVD player.

 

Can I order Titan products by phone?

How do I use my store coupon?

  1. Select your products and add them to your basket.
  2. When you click on View Cart you will come to a screen like the one shown in the example below.
  3. Enter your coupon code in the box provided. In the example the code is shown as SSTM. Your coupon code will be something similar.

A minimum purchase amount may be required in your shopping cart in order for the coupon to be applied towards your purchase. NOTE: shipping and sales tax do not count towards your final purchase amount.

 

Do you accept PayPal™?

Unfortunately, no. PayPal™ does not accept payments for adult services or websites. We accept major credit cards as payment for our memberships and/or products purchased from our store.

 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Orders placed to addresses in the U.S. may arrive anywhere from 2 to 7 days after your order is shipped, depending on the shipping option you have chosen. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email message with a UPS tracking number. Please review "UPS Delivery Options Explained", below.


United States:

  • UPS is our standard carrier for all orders shipped within the 50 U.S. States.
  • We cannot deliver to PO Boxes due to legal and carrier restrictions.
  • We utilize the UPS online system to calculate the actual charge by order (based on your delivery zip code). You will then be offered and shown the cost for each of the following delivery options. For additional information about UPS services visit the UPS Online-service Guide

Puerto Rico:

  • Orders delivered to Puerto Rico are shipped via U.S. Priority Mail.
  • We cannot deliver to PO Boxes due to legal and carrier restrictions.

UPS Delivery Options Explained:
All time frames for deliveries below are from time of "order shipment", not from the time your order is placed online. You must account for 48-72 hours of order processing time before your order will be shipped.

  • Next Day Air- 50 states. Guarantee delivery by noon, or end of day the day based on destination (1:30 p.m. on Saturdays).
  • Next Day Air Saver- 48 contiguous U.S. States only. Guaranteed delivery by the end of the day.
  • 2nd Day Air- 50 states. Guaranteed delivery by end of the second business day.
  • 3 Day Select- 48 contiguous U.S. States only. Guaranteed delivery by the end of the third business day.

My country isn't listed on the order form

We cannot ship to certain countries because of import restrictions and customs laws. Please visit one of our partner distributors if you are purchasing from any of the following locations:

Can you ship to a PO box?

Unfortunately, no. We ship exclusively through UPS and they cannot deliver to PO boxes.


What if I live in an area where shipping of adult material is restricted?

Certain geographical locations require that we verify your age before sending adult material. We do not ship to the locations shown below unless you have been pre-qualified by our order department. If you have placed an order with us in the past then you may assume you are pre-qualified. If your shipping address or credit card information has changed since your last order our staff may contact you to verify your information.

Email and Postal Mail

  • If you receive an email solicitation from us, other than to confirm a purchase or provide technical support, we provide you with a link to unsubscribe. Clicking such a link will not sign you up on any other list. If you have purchased DVD's or other items from our store it the past you may also be receiving offerings via regular mail.
